This picture is by an artist named Richard Prince, who recently wrapped up a big show at the Guggenheim. The name of it is "Nurse in Hollywood." You can't really get the full effect from this tiny shot, but she's got blood running out of her left ear. Or the region thereabouts. Prince did a whole series of these "nurse" pictures, all appropriated from old pulp fiction novels.
