layne67 posted that the official Supernatural magazine is holding a contest where you can vote for the the show's "Bests" in 20 different categories including "Best Overall Episode," "Best Director," etc. Pretty standard stuff, right? Then I get to the last category:

"Most Romantic Moment"

Oh, sweet Jesus! ARE THEY KIDDING US? What on earth were the editors of that magazine thinking when they put that category in there? Did anyone over there realize how many Great Moments in Wincestuous Looks they're going to have to sift through before they find one "romantic moment" that they can actually publish?? Because you know damn well they're never going to publish anything like:

Most Romantic Moment: Sam gazing longingly at Dean sleeping at the end of "Bedtime Stories."

Do you think that's going to make it in there? NO FUCKING WAY! And what a shame, too because honestly -- this is not a show for publication-appropriate romantic moments. Let's run down the boys' heterosexual relationships, shall we?

Sam/Jessica: Dies on the ceiling.
Dean/Cassie: Painfully stilted dialogue, gratuitous sex, stormy breakup, never seen again.
Sam/That Pigtailed Chick in Provenance: I can't even remember her name. Never seen again.
Dean/Jo: A non-starter.
Sam/Madison: Bullet through the head.
Dean/Carmen: SHE WASN'T EVEN REAL!!
Dean/Lisa: One-week stand.
Dean/Bela: I can't believe I even typed that.
Sam/Bela: I can't believe I typed that either. Curse my traitorous fingers!!

Did I miss anyone?

So yeah, good luck, editors of Supernatual magazine.

And just for the record? Like I said, I don't see the Wincest. I can actually see the J2 more than the Wincest. They're just so...brotherly in the show. But if I had to pick one "Most Romantic Moment" for Dean/Sam it'd be:

"Mystery Spot:" Sam charges out of bed to hug Dean, whom Sam has believed to be dead for the last three months. Dean returns the embrace without emitting a single wisecrack. Kim Manners employs his habitual extreme closeups as Sam looks adoringly down at Dean and Dean goggles adorably up at his gigantic little brother. Jared Padalecki looks positively smitten throughout the whole thing. Jensen Ackles just looks as pink and perfect as a newly opened rose.

Damn them both!
