Hm, I can't recall the names of the ones I've seen. There's a very long Jensen/Jared hookerfic, "Do I Seem Bulletproof to You" by fleshflutter that I saw getting recced all over the place but her writing's a little too extreme for me. I can't personally recommend it but I know plenty of people loved it. You can also keep an eye on spnnewsletter for a daily roundup of fics in all genres.
