I don't think it's just a younger generation thing because I work with a woman who is in her 50's and if I looked under the dictionary for "uncooperative" or "anti-team player" - I'm sure her picture would be there. Today, like most days that end in 'y', she reminded me what a petty, control freak she is. Grrrr.

Additionally, she does nothing but complain about the work she does. So I am totally with you on the - if she doesn't find it entertaining or fulfilling has a responsiblity either to put up with it -- quietly -- or get the fuck out. But I doubt that'll happen - she's planning on retiring from this gig. Double ARGH!

The only thing I have going for me is that essentially she's sort of afraid of me - mostly because I try to call bullshit on her attitude. But lately, I'm just tired of it. We are all trying to make ourselves look good to ensure we are employed - can't we agree as a team that we all need our jobs? - I guess I missed the memo that stated it's "everybdy for themselves."
