We are all trying to make ourselves look good to ensure we are employed

What shocks me about her attitude is that so many people in my company have tried to "up their game" because business is so bad and we are scrambling to get the little bit of ad money that is left out there and meanwhile she's sitting there and whining instead of getting with the frigging program. We are busting our asses trying to keep this company viable so that we can keep our jobs and she's playing the It's-All-About-Me game.
