Okay, I don't know if you mind getting comments so late or questions, but I'm curious. I just read up to here on my Kindle and am heading to Michigan Central but I'm kind of curious about your choice of "The Cairo" as the name. Is it because of the Cairo Codex? You don't have to say but I'm curious and I can't quite figure it out.

The story is phenomenal, by the way. Amazing. I'm enjoying it very, very much.
