I probably shouldn't mention it, but my most heartfelt reaction to Swan Lake was: "NOOO, NOT HIS PRETTY FACE". (Hope I'm not upsetting fans here.)
I want to write an essay about horror and mail it to Gamble, srsly. Because the shape-shifting changelings had serious creeper potential. I'm the last person to not appreciate shades of gray, but sometimes... no. I want my shades of grey in the characters I have actual emotional investment in, y'know? I could live with Azazel's "family" because I can see it as a twisted mirror of actual affection and think he was just trying to fuck with Dean there and didn't really give a shit about them.
