Sleeping. We need to see more of him sleeping. In S1 there were at least a half-dozen shots of him sleeping, and none in S2 unless comatose counts. But comatose with a hose in the throat is not the same as sprawled out in bed in nice little shorts and gray t-shirt. Not the same at all! :(

I loves me some softcore in the worst way, but I wouldn't mind seeing him with his shirt off more often. He hardly took his shirt off at all in S2, compared to S1. Maybe it had just proven too distracting,

Okay, well, it's after Dean told Sam he saw this girl in the restaurant that keeps disappearing on him. Right after they entered the house. What tickles me is the way Dean turned away from Sam to the rest of the family. I don't know. It's so subtle but I hope you can catch it. The way he did it is just so adorable. And I think he did that not only in that episode.

It is SO satisfying to watch Jensen Ackles play Dean because he just inhabits the character. It's like he's aware of every gesture, every expression, every little trick of body language. It all adds up to such a believable, compelling performance in just about every episode. It would have been so easy for a character like Dean to be a tough-guy caricature but JA breathes so much life into the role.

And he's pretty!

Look for it near the end of Crossroad Blues, which is what I was watching this morning. But you can spot this in other eps too. I always drive this way myself when I have a long way to go but it's not hot when I do it, it's just comfy. But maybe that's why it looks so hot on him, because it's the comfortable pose of someone who's just used to driving long distances all the time. Whatever. It's hot.
