I feel like Sisyphus, man. Rolling my rock up the hill, rolls back down, roll it back up again. Forever. The rock is my whole life and the rolling is always useless and pointless. It goes nowhere and accomplishes nothing.

Every day I get up and roll my fucking rock. I'm on a chain gang. Gang boss shows up with his reflectorized glasses and says, "You go on and roll that rock now, Oselle." And I say, "Yassuh boss, I'm rollin' this hyeah rock boss. Rollin' mah rock." Get to the top, it rolls back down. Get up in the morning, start rolling it back up. Yassuh, boss. Rollin' mah rock.

Folks say, it's your attitude. You gotta have a positive outlook. You gotta find things to like while you're rolling that rock. I get up and say, "Today's gonna be different. I'm gonna roll that rock with a smile on my face. I'm gonna stop and smell the roses while I'm rolling that rock. I'm gonna be the best damn rock-roller in Hades." You know, I get to the top of the hill and that rock just rolls down. My attitude don't stop that rock from rolling right back on down.

I always wonder, what would happen to Sisyphus if he just stopped rolling his rock. They never say, do they? Guess the point is, Sisyphus doesn't have a choice. Neither do I. Every day, me and my rock. Roll it up. Watch it fall. Roll it up again. Keep going. Roll roll roll.

Fucking rock. I'm sick of it. Where's the end of this?

Trade your rock in for one of those nerf-rocks. The kind you hide keys in. Or the kind my kid's always asking me to buy for him that bounce. Choices, choices.

I don't think they allow nerf-rocks in hell.
