I can't tell you how much I love the idea that it's actually him asleep. I just.... makes me go all squirmy. He looks so relaxed, so comfortable, so at peace. But now I really want to know.

I thought they were hospital scrubs or what patients wear at first but now... I don't know. Surly it can't actually be his place, can it? It's the blanket down by his feet, ready to pull up if he gets chilly, the photosheet on the table, the cans behind him. That can't be a set, that has to be a real place.

It doesn't really look like a set, does it? Although I still think it looks very familiar. It looks a lot like Alec's apartment on Dark Angel, although the kitchen is in the wrong place. Even if it IS a set, that still doesn't rule out the possibility that this is JENSEN ACTUALLY SLEEPING.

OK, I've actually cracked open my Dark Angel DVDs and this definitely is not Dark Angel. It still doesn't look like a soap opera set to me. I was thinking maybe Dawson's Creek but his hair is too different. I'm pretty sure it's not anything from Smallville either.

It looks like in addition to the photo contact sheets there's a bowl of film 35mm film canisters on the coffee table. Good lord, this is driving me nuts! What could this be!?!

I heard from layne, she says she asked ckll and it's Eric Brady. Could well be - older Eric - but that still doesn't help us. Is that Eric in part or Jensen asleep off set? I SOOOOO want it to be that latter.

I'm asking layne to ask again. Yes, I know I could ask ckll myself but.....

(I just noticed that his pajama bottoms still have the creases in them. He must've taken them out of the package just before he put them on, they didn't even have time to get rumpled.)

It's definitely Eric. I looked up "Eric Brady" on Wikipedia and it said his character was supposed to be a photographer. So that explains all the paraphernalia. Nice set dressing on the part of the DOOL crew, I must say.

Hmmm, he looks a little older and less blonde than he was in Days of Our Lives and that doesn't really look like a soap opera set or even soap opera lighting. But yeah, I certainly don't remember this from Dark Angel. I think I'd remember Alec in blue pajamas. Maybe this was something that got cut? Or maybe this is a behind-the-scenes shot and he's actually asleep??? OMG.

the nurses at one of the clinics where i worked in the states watched DOOL every day at lunchtime (i got banned for a week for 'not taking it seriously enough'), and i'm wondering if i was honestly blind enough to have NOT noticed him on there. pity - i'd definitely have paid more attention.

He must have been on the show around 1997. I was living in Maine at the time and had a co-worker who taped it every day and ran home to watch it every night. When I asked her why on earth she did that she threw her hands in the air and said, "Eric Brady, that's why!" And I rolled my eyes at her.

Shame on ME. Clearly, she was onto something way before I was.

I perved on Elijah too but my ability to perve on people twenty years younger than I am is drying up as fast as my estrogen. Everyone that age is just starting to look pink-cheeked adorable to me. Sigh.

I certainly wouldn't turn down his sleeping on my sofa but I think I'd be more inclined to make him breakfast than do anything else. Unless HE had something else in mind, of course!
