I feel stupid posting this because I'm coming so late to the SPN party that I just KNOW everyone's already read these. But on the off chance that someone may have missed out on them, I just have put out the word.

A story about Sam with a kid would have left me cold. A story where Dean is suddenly Sam's kid had me hugging my laptop with a giant lump in my throat. A curse reduces Dean to the age of seven with no memory of his adult self, and with adult Sam suddenly in the position of his brother's keeper. Sweet without being maudlin and at times downright heartbreaking, this story is going to stay with you for a very long time.

I have to admit that the reason I don't read Wincest is because I can't get past the...well, the incest. To me, sexual intercourse between siblings is something that is primarily practiced by hirsute backwoodsmen in the nether reaches of Deliverance country. I can't get into the story when I'm hearing "Dueling Banjos" in my head. This is the only story I've ever found that makes the situation plausible because Sam and Dean are literally the only two people left on earth. At times reminiscent of the best parts of Stephen King's The Stand, this is a beautifully written, lyrical story that captures the sorrow of an emptied world. And it's sexy as hell. The erotic material is fabulous but the slow, thoughtful build to it is even better. I defy you ever to think about the Macy's bedding department the same way again.
Oh, and
bellanut has updated The Dean Winchester Clothing Catalogue to include Dean's Season 3 sartorial splendor. Fantastic!
