Friends, I am dismayed. I've been in this SPN fandom for close to a year now, and I've had to wait until now to stumble across this photo:





I want to know what exactly is happening during a photoshoot like this. I mean, what sort of direction does the photographer give to the subject? Jensen, could you just lie there in this hayloft looking like you've just gotten spectacularly laid? Is that the art direction here? I'm not artistic, see, so I wouldn't know. Personally I think he looks like something out of a fairy tale. Sleeping Beauty in a hayloft. I think I'm having congestive heart failure.

My GOD people. How have I lived without this picture in my life?

ETA: Jesus. You can count every one of his eyelashes. Jesus.

Yup, he did and does give some very ... interesting poses. That hayloft one is among my favourites. And these, which I'm sure you've seen. Again, what *kind* of art direction was he given? So okay, they're screencaps, not posed photos, but I wwonder what the director was saying to him at that time. Look as slutty as you can? :DD

That second pic cracks me up because you can see that glimpse of Michelle Williams (his girlfriend on Dawson's Creek) sporting FULL-LENGTH FLANNEL PAJAMAS. She's got this golden naked boy in her bed and she's wearing FULL-LENGTH FLANNEL PAJAMAS. WHAT?!?

I hate to say it but he was kind of a funny-lookin baby. :D Real happy, though!

It couldn't have been Michelle because her contract must have stipulated that she wear this bizarre cutesy-print flannel burkha. Can I add that she wore it BUTTONED UP TO HER NECK? I mean even that teeny little button right at the throat. WTF? I've seen nuns showing more skin.

I think there's more than enough RPS out there about these two. As I've spent more time in SPN fandom it seems that J2 accounts for at least half the fic out there, if not more. I don't think I could possibly have anything to add!
