I really wish that when Sam wondered how Dean knew so much about diapers etc., Dean had asked Sam who he thought used to change his diapers. Because come on...you know Dean must have.

Well Sam was a "special" child. Maybe with all that demon blood in him he WAS potty trained at 6 months!
