Misha must be absolutely fearless because I can think of very few Western men who'd be okay with being seen in that outfit. And yet somehow, he makes it work. I think the BLINDING ORANGE shirt is what gets me even more than the sarong, although it does at least coordinate with the sarong and I wonder if Misha put this ensemble together himself.
No there is nothing at all awkward about that picture. Unless you mean "awkward" in the "what exactly is going on here?" sense.
