1) Could anything possibly be hotter than post-apocalyptic Dean?

1a) Wouldn't it have been even hotter if post-apocalyptic Dean had been a little battle scarred? Like, perfect, photogenic really hot scars?

2) Did Zachariah honestly think that little performance was going to make Dean say yes to Michael instead of immediately getting Sam on the phone?

2a) Has Zachariah put ANY effort at all into figuring out Dean, as important as Dean is?

2b) Does Zachariah have a boss? Because if so, when is his boss going to realize that Zach really, really sucks at his job?

3) Pill-popping, fatalistic, disillusioned Castiel -- did you find him as unexpectedly poignant as I did? "I used to belong to a much better club." Oh, Cas!

4) How much does Castiel -- present or future -- love Dean? I mean really, is he not wholly, truly besotted with him? Did you SEE that little smile on Cas's face when he told Dean, "We had an appointment?" Like he'd been standing there for four hours just counting the minutes until he could see Dean again?

5) How great is Misha Collins?

6) If you're familiar with Dark Angel Season Two, did you also think that post-apocalyptic Kansas City looked suspiciously like Terminal City?

6a) Again, if you know Dark Angel, were you also getting Ben & Alec flashbacks? Like, totally hot Ben & Alec 10 years later and no annoying Max or Logan?

6b) Did you at any point think, "Wow, this is what Dark Angel would have been like if it hadn't sucked?!"

7) "President Palin" -- funnier than President Cheney, but nowhere near as scary?

8) Is anyone besides me kind of on board with Lucifer's agenda? Personally I'm kind of rooting for the guy now.

9) The inevitable Sam-Dean reunion...schmaltz-lite and yet so deliciously satisfying?

10) Was Sam driving an Oldsmobile Delta 88?

EXTRA CREDIT QUESTION: A great episode...or THE GREATEST episode?

It was definitely one of my favorite episodes. Misha has a beautiful smile, and it was nice to get to see it. Two Deans, twice as beautiful. Sam pulled at my heart as Lucifer. As for Zachariah, he's so arrogant, I don't think he can conceive of a mere human actually defying him.

I just thoroughly enjoy Misha's performance no matter what he's doing and I very rarely feel that way about supporting characters. I don't want them to start overusing him, but right now I'm totally digging the guy.
